Pani Po Po

This is a very tasty treat, similar to sticky rolls. It is served as a dessert in Samoa. This recipe makes one 9x13 pan of 12 rolls.

Ingredients:
Cat's Dinner Rolls
2 cans coconut milk
2 cups sugar

Directions:
1. Make dinner roll recipe. Allow to rise for 2 hours or until double in size.
2. Divide dough into 12 pieces and form into balls. Place rolls into 9x13 pan and cover with plastic wrap. Allow to rise until double.
3. Before baking, mix together coconut milk and sugar. Whisk until mixed together. Pour over rolls.
4. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
